quick check-in service friendly staff helpful staff dietary requirements
The staff provided quick and nice check-in service. They were also great, offering information about activities and shopping. I was able to check in early, great after traveling for 14 hours. Staff explained the dishes and accommodated my dietary requirements in the restaurant.
The gym is very small, with limited basic machines.

The hotel is near many transportation routes and a bit further from the city center, so it is quiet at night. Night markets and a shopping center are just a couple blocks away (convenient for shopping).

The breakfast selection is highly recommended, with a wide variety. The rooftop bar provides custom cocktails and varied ingredients. I found the staff helpful in explaining the dishes to us and accommodating our dietary requirements.

The staff are very kind, helpful, and flexible. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about activities. They assisted with shopping information we requested. The check-in service was nice and quick (very efficient).

I had a large corner room with lounge access on one of the upper floors. The view was amazing (I enjoyed it very much). The room had amazing views and a modern look.

an OK stay
mrt station friendly staff corner view dyed shirt laundry service long wait
the hotel is located close to the MRT station. the staff were nice and friendly, i appreciated this. the executive room on the high floor gave amazing corner views.
the laundry service dyed a white shirt pink. then, after i asked for it to be fixed, it came back yellow. i had to wait at least 20 min at check out, because they claimed i had not paid my laundry bill.
